Stollen

Stollen is a traditional German cake like fruit bread made with yeast, rum soaked fruit a special blend of white spice and that beautiful marzipan centre.

Every year when we make our Stollen our bakers rush to get the first slice. It is that good and I am sure you will be eating this slice by slice too!
