Soprano Platter

Nada Bakery's own invention, the Soprano, is made from Ciabatta bread topped with our homemade tomato and garlic sauce. We then add fresh tomatoes and cheese or fresh Parkvale mushrooms and cheese, a sprinkle of parsley and bake.

These are cut into 26 easy to eat pieces.
