Christmas Pudding

Made with brown sugar, spice and everything nice our puddings are simply heavenly. The include a blend of sultanas, currents, dates and mixed peel all soaked in rum before being folded through a rich pudding mixture and the steam baked.

Once cooled they are soaked in Penfold reserve Port and gift wrapped in calico and include a cullinary brandy from Prenzel Distillery in Blenhiem for you to pour over and Flambe'.
