We make our croissnats with 100% pure New Zealand Butter and hand rolled these large croissants will leave you asking for more.
Cannot be shipped OVERNIGHT must either choose priority shipping or collect instore as these need to remain frozen!
Instructions
- Place your frozen croissants on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Place in a cold oven when you go to bed (9pm) approx
- Let them rise overnight.
- Remove proofed croissants in the morning from the oven and preheat on fan bake to 180 Degrees.
- GENTLY Glaze croissants with egg glaze (1 egg 20ml water and pinch of salt mixed together)
- Bake croissants for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- ENJOY!
