Terms and Conditions

(100 Nada Valued Customer Reward points is equal to $5.00)

Nada Cakes Ltd is the registered owner of the businesses trading as Nada Bakery 

The "Terms and Conditions" below are applicable to the "Nada Valued Customer Card" known herein as the "Card" and the user agrees to the following:

1. The Card is not a credit card and is not in any way a card to be used for financial purpose.

2. The Card remains the property of Nada Cakes Ltd and must be 
returned upon request. If lost or stolen please return to 4-72 Main Road Tawa.

3. The Privacy Act of 1993 gives you the right to see or correct your personal information held by Nada Bakery. Your details will not be used or sold in any way or by any other company outside Nada Bakery.

4. The User consents to their personal information being utilized to send Nada  Bakery marketing and Card information.

5. Nada Bakery accepts no liability for a lost or stolen card, however we will 
provide a replacement card at a cost to the user of $4.00, to cover administration cost.

6. The Card can only be used by the registered user (the person who it was issued to).

7. Card points cannot be exchanged for cash.

8. Nada Bakery reserves the right to refuse Card registration or to issue points at any time.

9. The card can only be used at the time of sale. Points can not be added on later.

10. You cannot earn Nada Bakery Reward points on your card and redeem points at the same time.

 

11. Once you have added Nada Bakery Reward points to your card these points will take 24 hours to become available to redeem.

12. No Nada Bakery Reward points can be collected when receiving a refund, on purchasing items on special, cold drinks or on any product promotions or on any other promotional offers. This includes Entertainment Book Vouchers, Nada Dollars and Nada Gift Vouchers

13. Nada Bakery takes no responsibility for Nada Bakery Reward point collection and/or redemption when computer outage occurs.

Nada Bakery reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

The user agrees to consent any changes as they occur.
